The Digital CDC (subsidiary of Caisse des Depots et des Consignations) ask to Attoma to design a web services suite for local government:
- Directory of local services;
- Territorial strategic watching tool;
- "Newcomer" tool.

As a public service for all kinds of users, a special attention was paid to accessibility and Attoma got well beyond the integration of international standards.

The agency supported the Digital CDC and stakeholders in a process of functional simplification, as close as possible to the real needs of users. Then Attoma designed a clear and legible look-and-feel, allowing the user to understand intuitively the interface, whatever its level of digital literacy.

The first service software launched in beta version, the Directory of local services, was awarded the "Design Observer" by APCI (Agency for the Promotion of Industrial Creation).
