Design of a new rang of bank statement.

As a cornerstone of the banking relationship, the statement is the practical, punctual, consistent link between the Postal Bank and its customers. Clarity of information has been identified by the Postal Bank as a guarantee for a successful customer relationship.

By asking to experts in information design for a major overhaul of its massively edited statements (over 10 million running accounts are concerned), the Postal Bank has chosen to provide to its customers clear and legible information. The new range includes accounts reviews for individuals and business customers for decadal and monthly financial commitment, as well as an innovative typology of multi-account statements.

Attoma supports the Postal Bank with a reflection on the organization and structure of content, taking into account the functional issues related to the information readability. Attoma has also worked with the teams that conducted user tests. Tests chiefly defined typographical issues of the documents. The mission ended with the conception of graphical and typographical guidelines for implementing those new models in the publishing chain (automatic layout process).
