Divia’s Traveler information system (Dijon)
For the tramway’s arrival in 2013, Divia, the public transportation network of Greater Dijon, operated by the group Keolis, entrusted Attoma with the design of the entire network’s passenger information system: information at stops, cartography, time sheets, dynamic information devices on buses and trams.
Prior to the building of the design, the agency helped Divia in defining a Program plan for mobility information: from a detailed study of the network and the informational needs of travelers, Attoma proposed a diagnosis and a detailed action plan. This support strengthened the coherence of the project and allowed implementation of the new system within extremely tight deadlines. Passenger acceptance was confirmed by a survey of customers, reflecting exceptional levels of satisfaction for this domain.
